The following terms, when used in this document with initial capitalisation, carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on j200m.club.

Access to and use of the j200m Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. j200m reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. j200m enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Proof of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
2. Residency: j200m's services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your individual circumstances.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons under any legal incapacity or guardianship are not permitted to register.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on j200m. Opening multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, exploit bonuses, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on j200m or have been previously permanently banned from the Platform.
6. Own Identity: You must register solely in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited.

To access j200m's betting and gaming services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. j200m relies on this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you regarding your Account.

1. Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. j200m will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify j200m support immediately via live chat.
3. Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details — particularly your email address and phone number — current and accurate. j200m is not liable for any failure to deliver account notifications, bonus communications, or security alerts resulting from outdated contact information.
4. KYC Verification: j200m may require you to complete a KYC verification check at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. KYC may involve submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by j200m may result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension.
5. Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any entitlement therein to any third party.

All financial transactions on j200m — deposits, withdrawals, and internal balance transfers — are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). j200m supports a range of local banking and e-wallet payment methods to ensure convenient access for Indonesian members.

1. Accepted Payment Methods: j200m currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.
2. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your j200m Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. j200m is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. j200m reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion. Current minimums are displayed at the point of deposit.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. j200m may request documentation confirming payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
5. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during j200m's operational hours (24/7, WIB, UTC+7) are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 30 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
6. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7. Transaction Fees: j200m does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which j200m accepts no responsibility.
8. Funds Source: By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds you are depositing are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

j200m offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which supplement and are to be read in conjunction with this clause.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by j200m carry a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified in each promotion's terms.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. j200m reserves the right to decline bonus applications where a pattern of bonus-focused wagering is identified.
3. Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and any associated free bets or free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of award as specified in the individual promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your Account without compensation.
4. Game Contribution: Not all games on j200m contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at different rates — typically 100% for slots, and reduced rates (20–50%) for live dealer table games. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: j200m uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, j200m reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
6. Discretionary Bonuses: j200m may, at its discretion, award personalised bonuses to Members as part of VIP programme benefits or retention offers. These discretionary awards are non-transferable and may not be requested by Members as of right.

All betting and gaming activity on j200m is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (numbers lottery), bandar bola (football-betting market operator format), and E-sports. General rules applicable across all product verticals are set out below.

• All bets placed on j200m are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific cash-out feature is available and exercised before the relevant event or game round concludes.
• j200m reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifestly incorrect odds have been published. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account at the original stake value.
• Sportsbook markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; Dorna Sports for MotoGP). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, j200m's decision is final.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets containing one or more voided selections will be recalculated with the voided leg treated as a single (1.00) rather than resulting in full void of the accumulator.
• j200m's live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) and governed by the rules published by those studios within the game interface. In any conflict between a studio rule and a j200m platform rule, j200m's platform rule prevails.

j200m takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling stops being fun or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal difficulties, j200m urges you to use the tools available on the Platform or to seek professional assistance.

1. Age Restriction: j200m enforces a strict minimum age of 21. j200m employs age verification checks at registration and at the KYC stage. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.
2. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
3. Session Time Limits: Members may set session duration reminders or hard limits via Account settings to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform in any given sitting.
4. Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion via their Account settings or by contacting j200m support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be deactivated and no marketing communications will be sent.
5. Reality Checks: j200m provides optional session time notifications that remind Members how long they have been logged in during a single gaming session.

• By registering on j200m, you consent to j200m collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, financial transaction processing, and service communications.
• j200m uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols to protect all data transmitted between your device and j200m's servers.
• j200m does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j200m Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the j200m Platform without j200m's prior written consent.
• Game content — including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and RNG game engines — is the proprietary property of the respective certified game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). All rights reserved by those studios.
• Any unauthorised use of j200m's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j200m's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. Service Availability: j200m endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond j200m's reasonable control.
2. Betting Decisions: All wagering and gaming decisions are made solely at your own risk. j200m accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of your betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
3. Third-Party Services: j200m incorporates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. j200m is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by those third-party services.
4. Force Majeure: j200m is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
5. Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances shall j200m be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if j200m has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where j200m reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable platform policy.
• The Member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member has engaged in Prohibited Use, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, match fixing, or use of automated betting software (bots).
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• j200m is required to close the Account by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, j200m will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days. Where an Account is permanently closed for cause, any real-money deposited funds remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds, voided winnings, or amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting j200m support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect j200m's right to retain data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal data retention obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j200m's international operating jurisdiction. j200m operates as an internationally structured platform and applies international security and fairness standards to all products and services.

Nothing in this clause limits j200m's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
